Anna Aguiló has been involved in different fields of culture, marketing and innovation since the beginning of her professional career. She has held various positions as Cultural Manager at the Spanish Embassy in Washington (AECID Scholarship, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation), Marketing Assistant at Es Baluard Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Palma or project manager at the Audiovisual Cluster of the Balearic Islands. She is co-founder with Cristina Gómez of PowerHouse Hub (www.powerhousehub.eu) where they work in projects related to Culture, Digital Content and Innovation. For four years they have been promoting the Cultural and Creative Industries funding program funded by the Ministry of Education Culture and Sport, Think up Culture! She recently received a grant from the British Council through the European Creative Hubs Network to carry out research work at Baltic Creative, Liverpool, on the Creative Hubs, as the backbone of local CCIs. Besides she has been involved in several cinema festivals such as Atlantida Film Fest, Festival de Cinema de Menorca and Maremostra. She has a degree in Advertising and R.P., complemented her training with an MBA and other courses related to Digital Media, Culture and Marketing.
