Restel Oy is one of the leading Restaurant companies in Finland with over 170 restaurants and approximately 2600 professionals across the country. In June 2018 Restel started strategic partnership with Barona Horeca Oy covering recruitment and staffing and I was responsible for developing the partnership and reporting its progress. Transferring from in-house recruiting and staffing to the outsourced one required clear processes, excellent communication and specific reporting models to monitor the development. After successfully establishing the partnership as part of the daily operations for the operating managers, I had a chance to focus more on other areas of HR. Oy Forcit Ab is a leading manufacturer of explosives in Nordic countries. Forcit is a continuously developing chemical industry company with long traditions and specializing in the production of premium civil and military explosives.While working for Forcit I was given the opportunity to complete a diverse set of tasks which included communicating with the customers and processing orders by inputting them to the database and delegating forward to the distribution personnel. My other main responsibility was to act as an ERP-system support person for the company’s service personnel. I focused specifically on the Tract & Trace system; I taught its usage and assisted colleagues when needed by fixing the problems and difficulties caused by the software.
