 - Managing the team of up to 12 direct reports (Planning & Appraisal, Corporate, Support Functions) through the period of constant change in the business (staff reductions and rotation in the business, new company acquisition, asset divestments)  - Coaching Team Members to achieve highest quality of delivery as well as their personal development  - Ensuring adequate resourcing corresponding to the scope of work and business requirements  - Ensuring adequate financial controls in line with SOX requirements - Keeping regular contact with senior management in the business (Financial Managers, Country Controller, Country Finance Manager on business related matters)  - Proactively identifying process improvements  - Coordinating the annual business plan exercise, rolling forecast, MI reporting - Being Above Asset Costs focal point for UK (including monthly reporting to country manager, preparation of latest estimates, answering queries on corporate overhead costs)

- Migrating Finance in the Business activities (controlling scope) from UK into SBO- Preparing full input to the financial performance assessment process (from Asset level up to Country level)- Executing reliable and purpose driven management information- Understanding of key cost drivers impact, providing full variance analysis- Participating in monthly business performance review meetings-challenging the business on financial performance (basing on financial results)- Coordinating regular Cost Tracking Meetings with business contacts- Arranging and driving monthly Budget Holder Meetings with. Senior Management, explaining the deviations of actuals vs plan and latest forecast- Challenging and agreeing financial forecast updates with budget holders including communication of the proposal to the relevant Country Finance Manager- Responsible for cost allocation management (establishing business need, creating and maintaining allocation set up), investigating and resolving unallocated balances- Providing detailed variance analysis for Group reporting/MI reporting- Providing input to statutory reporting- Understanding the impact of Joint Venture Agreements on financial requirements/system structures.- Collating and coordinating Joint Venture Work Program & Budget including active participation in JV partner meetings- Executing and overseeing the execution of relevant SOX controls- Acting as the backup in reporting team being responsible for reporting of financial results on the company level to Group Reporting

- Coordinating and executing the end to end migration of MIPA activities from SBO in India including team recruitment, onboarding, progress overview and sign-off of migration- Managing the MI analysts team in Krakow equipping it with business insight, expertise- Being responsible for Month close activities, Accrual analysis, Control Operations, Staff cost allocation for the LOBs (Line of Business). - Assisting Finance Managers/ Finance in the Business Planning and forecasting process - Providing reliable financial data (Actual, LE, and Variance analysis) to the Finance Managers and Finance in the Business staff- Managing period end across processes and organizations onshore and offshore. - Applying and maintaining high quality control framework and executing continuous process improvement - Participation in and leading cross-team and cross-process initiatives.
