- Migrating Finance in the Business activities (controlling scope) from UK into SBO- Preparing full input to the financial performance assessment process (from Asset level up to Country level)- Executing reliable and purpose driven management information- Understanding of key cost drivers impact, providing full variance analysis- Participating in monthly.

- Coordinating and executing the end to end migration of MIPA activities from SBO in India including team recruitment, onboarding, progress overview and sign-off of migration- Managing the MI analysts team in Krakow equipping it with business insight, expertise- Being responsible for Month close activities, Accrual analysis, Control Operations, Staff cost.

• Ensure staff is comply with Shell policies and standards
• Managing and monitoring daily team work to ensure high quality of process and achievement of performance targets
• Monitoring and analyzing Metrics (KPI's) and taking actions based on results
