In my role, I engage in global-scale projects, where my responsibilities include leading CX workstreams, fostering team collaboration, the development of personas and the design of comprehensive customer/employee journey maps. I focus on identifying and resolving key pain points while amplifying value-adding elements. My approach is deeply rooted in meticulous business analysis and market/customer experience research, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Achivements:- Co-developed a strategic experience design methodology, leading to service offerings enhancement and a higher level of alignment between KPMG entities on a global level- Collaborated on the “Discovery” development - KPMG journey mapping design digital tool- Within my Customer & Digital team, I led several employee experience initiatives, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and opportunity for personal and career development- Extended a partnership between the University of Economics (VŠE) and KPMG by teaching the 'Design Thinking in Strategy' course, which resulted in numerous mutual benefits for both parties
