Previously with Guggenheim Partners before transferring across to Cain Hoy which was later renamed Cain International. Officially Employee Number 1 (joining Guggenheim before my boss was released from his previous responsibilities) I had first hand experience of a fast growing company which expanded from 7 people to 40+ within 5 years across three offices (New York, London and Los Angeles). All of the skills gained over the years allowed me to hone in on what was important to the CEO, his wider network and the needs of the business. Dealing regularly and on a daily basis with charities, political figures, art dealers, private jet operators, chauffeurs, building management, family, colleagues, clients, partners and service providers gave me the scope to build relationships with a wide range of people and required adaptability and flexibility in all areas so that everybody’s lives were made as easy as possible.
