I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of all items in our catalog both online and for our physical store-front locations in both SAP and Adobe Commerce Cloud. I handle vendor relations and new vendor creation in both SAP and ACC. I provide daily and monthly reports to Upper Management , our Sales Teams and our Customer Service Team on sales, calls and product behavior. In addition to these, I provide support to our Marketing, OPs and Finance Teams through various product or vendor related tasks.

I am responsible for developing and maintaining a training program for all employees, new or current, of the Plastic-Mart.com call center and affiliated store fronts. My daily duties include compiling new or updated product information and integrating it into our training documentation then work with senior management to schedule training windows for existing employees. When not performing my primary duties I assist the sales and customer service teams so that I may better understand the issues and questions they are presented with on a daily basis. I have been part of the teams that developed systems to increase productivity, monitor sales growth to find problem areas, and work on key points of our websites.
