👩🏻‍💻 As a Program Assistant for the Student Life Team at CIEE Milan, I help international students navigate their experience abroad by fostering cultural immersion, personal growth, and community engagement. From organizing events to providing guidance, I strive to ensure students feel supported and enriched during their time in Milan.In addition to student life programming, I manage the official CIEE Milan Instagram account, creating content to showcase the vibrant student experience and cultural opportunities in Milan. I also oversee the weekly newsletter sent to students, keeping them informed about upcoming activities and opportunities to make the most of their time abroad.🎓 I graduated in International Relations, my MA thesis is about the application of AI in the HR management — two things I am really passionate about. My BA degree is in Linguistic and Intercultural Mediation, and my language studies focused on English and German. I have embraced my curiosity and enthusiasm for international contexts by studying abroad in Dublin (Ireland, 2013), New Jersey (US, 2015) and Freiburg Im Breisgau (ERASMUS+, 2018), and by working at Trinity College Rome Campus. My personal and professional experiences have shaped me into a versatile individual with strong adaptability skills.🌟 Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy having a variety of hobbies which fuel my creativity and curiosity: cooking is a way to experiment and share with my loved ones; painting allows me to express my emotions, it is kind of meditative process; I also enjoy nurturing my plants, it is so rewarding see the beauty that emerges from my cares and dedication; lastly, photography allows me to capture life’s precious moments and share them with others. Exploring the world around me is the biggest source of inspiration — from travelling abroad to simply explore the places near me, it is the best way to clear your mind and gain new perspectives.
