Editor In Chief of a 44-page publication celebrating the Centenary Anniversary of the Swedish Australian Chamber of Commerce. Volunteering my skills in PR and media, in 2010 - 2011 I worked alongside medical professionals and local MP Mike Baird in the PUSH Campaign - Peninsula United to Secure Hospital.The Level 5 Frenchs Forest hospital is currently under construction.

Sweden's most popular and long running cooking roadshow, Landgång, explores the food and local customs of all corners of the world. Presenter Anne Lundberg and Producer Petter Bragee commissioned me to identify suitable locations, activities and people for two of their episodes to be filmed in Australia.In Sydney's Botanical Gardens, Anne Lundberg and co-host German Zamudio participate in a hands-on aboriginal cooking demonstration and learn about aboriginal first aid methods. The Swedish Women in Sydney are treated to a delicious lunch, and Anne joins the Manly Pink Caps swim group on their morning crossing of Manly's Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve.At Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market, Anne and German stock up for a cooking session on the Dromana Peninsula. The road trip continues along the Great Ocean Road, and the Australian adventure peaks with a dramatic cooking session of kangaroo ragu on the beach below The Twelve Apostles.
