I have always been a driven leader, looking for leadership roles in nearly every activity, club and job I was a part of.I started leading cleaning crews at Madsen's Resort at 15 years old. Though that leadership position, I focused on efficiency and creating a positive environment for my coworkers, to make the 7 am Saturday morning shift go a little better. Since then I have acquired more skills, most notably working with different Adobe products, and becoming an improved communicator.
