Anna Andersson Phd possesses expertise in mathematical modeling, physics, data analysis, science, statistics and 17 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Anna is an extremely capable, creative and methodical Senior Data Scientist. Her technical ability will be immediately clear to most, but she also possesses a strong technical confidence to work independently and finds best in class and creative solutions to client problems. During her tenure at Unai Anna worked on technical problems ranging from NLP entity extraction for medical records to regression problems in time series in airplane flights and lots in between. Especially strong is Anna's statistical knowledge and ability to consume technical papers quickly with full understanding translating these ideas to actionable insights for a client. Away from technical work at Unai, Anna planned, documented and began to implement modern ML Ops ways of working for Data Science. Unai also challenged her with having to deliver successful data science working directly alongside software engineers, in mixed agile sprint teams. This created quite a unique need for improved process, which Anna really helped to progress towards the end of my time at Unai. Anna was also instrumental in organising the Data Community of Practice, where the team could get support in Unai's transition to remote working, as well as discuss and feed back on process and technical designs/decisions. This also became the social heart for anyone interested in data.
