Tetra Tech International Development assignments and programmes include: Capacity Development Specialist, Australia Awards Papua New Guinea (AAPNG) 2019 -2023PNG-Aus Partnership – Secondary Schools (PASS), Australia Awards PNGDFATCollaborated with AAPNG to facilitate the planning and execution of programs, both online and on-site (in PNG) across 12 provinces. Conducted continuous stakeholder consultations, ensuring that programme activities are aligned with EOPO and national policy and reform objectives. Led the design and implementation of capacity development initiatives tailored for leaders at the school, sub-national, and national levels, with a specific focus on advancing STEM Education, Digital Literacy/eSafety/Education Technology, Women in Leadership (GEDSI), as well as enhancing school and system improvement strategies.PNG-Aus Partnership – Higher Education (PAHE), DFATDesigned and led capability development for academic stakeholders across the Higher Education sector focused on STEM Education and Education Technologies. Recruited PNG (local) and International specialists as a lead team to codesign, and grow the capability and capacity of academic teams in six (6) higher education institutions. Initiated and managed cross-sector stakeholder engagement to leverage efficiencies, VfM, and lateral learning. As an employee of the QLD DoE, worked as the QLD Network lead for New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (2016-2018), partnering with over 1000 schools in 8 countries as clusters and networks of schools to build knowledge and practices that develop deep learning and foster whole system change. Led, supported and scaled collaborative learning networks (Communities of Practice) which grew from 6 schools in 2016, to 29 schools in 2017, to 45 schools across QLD in 2018, and was composed of education professionals from early childhood to senior secondary sectors.

As an employee of the QLD DoE during the ‘Flying Start Reform’ in Queensland, Anna supported the state-wide transformation of schools that transitioned Year 7 students from primary to secondary school. As the head of department for Junior Secondary, Anna was responsible for coordinating and leading the educational programs, staff, and resources within the junior secondary level, fostering a supportive learning environment and facilitating student success as they transition from primary to senior secondary pathways. .
