The Retail Sales Representative grows sales in single client chain of stores where I respond to customer needs, and build strong customer relationships. Evaluate customer sales, APSW, and gross margin to maximize budgeted goals. Ensure that McLane-ordered merchandise is dusted, fronted, priced, stocked, and rotated. Execute schematic updates at the store level; perform store surveys and complete weekly recaps. Manage expenses and control service-related costs. Review item selection versus industry/market/competition/season and make recommendations; implement new business concepts at the direction of the ASM/ISR. Meet assigned production standards and maintain a quality of work that limits mispicks, shorts and damages.

The Reset Specialist represents McLane Company and its vendors by properly implementing plan-o-grams, custom gondola/category resets, and new item placements.

PTS responsibilities include managing, leading, and developing Remodel Team personnel and processes to achieve project goals and deadlines while working closely with project managers. I have led 34 person teams on Walmart store remodels. Ensuring safety on the project, fast problem solving, and maintaining relationships with Walmart management is a large part of the job.

As a bakery manager at Sprouts I am in charge of ordering, building displays and inventory levels of products in my department and overseeing daily production of items. As well as scheduling, training, and developing my team.
