I currently design and sell cross stitch patterns on Etsy inspired by my love for the silly, sassy, nerdy, and cute things in my life. I market through Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook at the moment.

Basic Functions: I kept the business running on the back end with the assistance of the owner and my office assistant. I set up and implemented our website, client/service management software, accounting processes for our accounts receivable and accounts payable. I transitioned the company from G-suite to Microsoft. I wrote and implemented Company policies and marketing tools. I handled HR and created a draft of the employee handbook. I interacted with customers over the phone and managed the business' documentation and library of resources and product information.

I provide a wide variety of basic public, technical, and clerical services including circulation services, information and ready-reference service, reader's advisory, presentation of programs, as well as providing basic direction to temporary, and volunteer staff.
