I started in a full time job as a receptionist at Hotel Ciutat de Granollers (Ciutat Hotels), after my 6 months trainning there. This job, three years until January 2011, has given me the opportunity to learn about (back office tasks) booking department and support to events department. Also (front office tasks) direct and indirectly customer service. After this, I decided spend one year and four months in Aachen (Germany), in order to continue my German studies.When I came back to Spain, I continued my career with the following jobs; Translator, check-in cruise agent, hotel receptionist, reservations agent and comercial assistant. I like to feel active and give my best. Let's see what does the future hold for me!...................................................................................................................................................................................................................Empecé a tiempo complete como recepcionista del Hotel Ciutat de Granollers (Ciutat Hotels), después de mi periodo en prácticas durante 6 meses allí mismo. Este trabajo me dio la oportunidad de aprender tareas de back office, departamento de reservas y soporte al departamento de organización de eventos así como también tareas en el front office; aprendí a desenvolverme en muchas situaciones y sobre todo con los huéspedes, entre muchas otras cosas. Después decidí irme a vivir durante 1 año y 4 meses a Aachen (Alemania), para seguir con mi aprendizaje sobre la lengua Germana.Al regresar a España, continué mi carrera profesional con los siguientes trabajos; Traductora, agente de embarque de cruceros, recepcionista de hotel, agente de reservas hoteleras y asistente comercial al dar el salto para cambiar del mundo hotelero al empresarial. Me gusta sentirme activa y dar lo mejor de mi misma. Veamos que depara el futuro para mí!
