- Open and maintain new financial instruments on the internal IT platform and maintain the existing database, solve intraday customer requests;- Ensure that the latest NAVs are updated and monitor daily deadlines;- Maintain regular contact with data providers such as SIX FI, Bloomberg, Fund Administrators, etc. Collaboration across divisions and regions with SMEs and global stakeholders;- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of static data and price variances (Excel);- Identify, manage, and resolve data issues with internal and external customers, as well as data providers;- Address Customers’ queries and requests.

- Projects pricing calculation for tenders (Excel);- Draw up and manage project documentations (contracts, invoices, delivery notes, acts of job completion);- Goods purchase; - Organize and manage the delivery of goods to a Customer (order transport from carriers, prepare the documents for shipment of goods) ;- Work with primary accounting documents in 1C program.

- Do visas for more than 10 people to participate in Japan exhibition;- Assist to a manager of foreign economic activity with documents (translation of contracts, invoices, power of attorney, technical specifications, correspondence/telephone conversation with English-speaking clients)- Organize the business trips;- Records management (send the correspondence, answer the telephone calls, sorted mail, etc.);- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;- Meet the partners and other visitors;- Replenishment of administrative and economic stocks;- Organize the meetings with partners and corporate events.

- On-call visits to facilities for the purpose of troubleshooting fire and security alarms;- Inspection of fire and security alarm systems at facilities;- Records management.

- Writing technological processes of composite materials products for aircrafts;- Supervision and control over the production of products in the production workshop;- Solving issues during the production of products (defect of products due to operational accident of the technological process, defect of equipment);- Records management (technological maps, instructions);- Adjustment of technological instructions as needed.
