Operations Manager Security and Operations Manager Residential services are to provide staff with brief.Review Daily Briefing Sheet ensuring all relevant information received regarding Detainees.DUTIES:Ensure full and accurate completion and distribution of the daily operational handover.Verbally report all incidents to SMT and DIBP duty phone in line with contractual requirements.Report all incidents onto the SPP within contractual requirements.Assist CSM where required to ensure Detainees day to day welfare needs are provided.Ensure that all open incidents reported on the SPP are updated, closed off and PIR’d as required.Complete all forms and records relevant to this post and check the Occurrence Logs for each compound. Perform duties as directed by the Senior Operations Residential.Conduct duties in accordance with the staff Code of Conduct.Ensure all reports completed by staff are managed effectively and actioned and actioned as soon as possible. Immediately report any fault, damage or breakdown within the site.Ensure compliance with the WH & S policy and procedure and report any areas of concern.Oversee the completion of all RTW paperwork ensuring staff who have been absent attend a RTW interview and that any management plans in force are actioned in a timely manner.Manage response to incidents and carry out duties specified in Emergency Response Plans and Operational Orders.Visit the Mess during meal services and ensure staff are complying with instructions and conducting duties as required.Attend morning briefings with SMT and interdepartmental Managers.Provide handover to oncoming Operations Manager and ensure the briefing sheet provides a Handover
