Now in charge of a team of Account Managers and Executives, I'm dealing with both client relationships and business development via upselling and cross-selling solutions, ranging from the world of social media and digital communication where I started off my career to a brand new set of services such as PR, PO, events, loyalty programmes, tv and radio productions and market research. My top priorities are coordinating my team and supporting every person in it, as well as increasing our business in quantity and quality by strengthening existing partnerships and building new ones. With an eye on margins and problem solving and another looking forward to the next challenge, I do my best to take care of the people I work with and have them work in the best possible environment, while doing the best possible work.

After the merger, my role has gradually evolved towards new scenarios, and I got the opportunity to actively engage in strategic business development, both within my current accounts as well as prospects. I'm also a guest lecturer at Milano Fashion Institute.

As an Account Manager, I am part of the Sales team of the agency and work closely with our Client Director as well as the Operations team. Among my duties, developing long-term relationships with our portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. I personally manage accounts belonging to the following industries: food&drink, fashion, luxury & eyewear, design, automotive. I provide a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. I also deal with management and development of client accounts and upsellings to initiate and maintain favourable relationships. As part of my professional path in the agency, I am still in charge of internal events planning and management, I continue in my creative role with the internal communication team, I provide copywriting support and I work with the creative and production team for concepts and proposals.

I worked at this law firm as a personal assistant and receptionist. Duties included dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone, writing legal documents, handling payments and filing invoices, translating documents, making reservations and travel plans, scheduling appointments.
