Instagram: @bambermillerI am a registered Architect and owner of Bamber Miller Architects with over 20 years experience working for various small to large scale architecture firms in London, Oxfordshire, Brussels and Melbourne.I have worked on all stages of the design process, including schematic design and planning applications to technical design through to construction administration and final client handover. My experience ranges from low end single-family dwellings to high density mixed use developments including schools, Section 106 housing and commercial office fit outs.The last thirteen years have been spent working on residential projects including high end renovations, and house extensions and alterations in and around Reigate and London. I work closely with our clients to develop their briefs whilst managing their design expectations and budgetary constraints, as highlighted in some of my client recommendations below. I have built strong working relationships with local consultants and contractors over the years enabling the smooth running of projects on site.I draw inspiration from my Swedish roots helping buildings to better connect with their natural environment by maximising daylight, framing views, encouraging the use natural materials and thermally efficient design to provide long lasting spaces which improve wellbeing for its users.In my spare time I love to canicross, trail run and mountain bike in the Surrey Hills, open water swim in local lakes, catchup with friends and family and discover new places in and out of the UK.
