We publicly raised funds to feed more than one million people in 2020, as Drifter pivoted from producing beer to producing soup when the alcohol ban was put into effect during lockdowns in South Africa.

Founder and lead organiser of the annual Woodstock Winter Beer Festival. From its 2015 inception in a parking lot, the festival grew to over 3k attendees at the Castle of Good Hope by 2019.

VACorps (Volunteer Adventure Corps) is an award-winning professional internship program based in Cape Town, South Africa. Interns are placed at organizations that further enrich their studies and help them discover their dream careers, while also being immersed in the local culture through activities.As a program coordinator at VACorps, I loved planning and facilitating weekly experiences around Cape Town and coordinating the Xhosa language and culture series of various speakers and activities. Two highlights were the trips I organized and led to Mozambique and Namibia for groups of 20+ interns. I also streamlined the pre-arrival communication for 250-300 interns a year and was responsible for orienting newly arriving interns to the city through walking tours, safety briefings and group presentations.

Happy Days is an 82ft luxury motor yacht that is privately owned and used by the family for holidays. I helped handling the crossing from Malaysia to the Phillippines and then to Palau, Micronesia where I was responsible for hiring day staff, overseeing maintenance and cleaning, and budgeting.
