I work in the Production Dept of Sabre Industries. I keep the production logs updated and use the Epicor system for small parts issue.

Typing service orders for customer returning to AT&T from other telecommunicationcompanies and coordinating with other AT&T departments on due dates of installation ofservices order. (i.e. Engineering, DSL, Uverse and Direct TV)• Contacting customers to verify information and advise of due dates of their services.• Notified other telecommunication companies for required information to get confirmationof conversion dates per guidelines and FCC Requirements.• Maintained detailed notes and information on each customers account taking ownershipfrom start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction. Followed up on new customersaccounts to ensure correct billing.

Received orders for customers return to SBC and sending local service request to thelosing telecommunication companies with all information required by the individualcompanies following their guidelines while following all FCC Regulations.• Notified representatives of receipt of Firm Order Confirmations so they may contactcustomers of due dates and order number.• Maintained clear, current information for each customer, ensured orders were correct andready to release once confirmation was received.• Scheduled coordinated cuts for large accounts to be handled manually and watchedspecifically so there would be no loss of service (down time) for the customer.• Worked escalations with other telecommunication companies when lack of response orrush situations were present with hospitals and other medical facilties.
