ERT produce software solutions for clinical drug trials. I worked in the development and delivery of patient safety and efficacy endpoint data collection solutions for use in phase 2 and 3 clinical drug trials. I was dedicated to providing delivery of accurate and high-quality trial data to clients which include numerous global pharmaceutical companies. I received promotion during my time at ERT. My role encompassed:• Project Development – (Requirements gathering, study documentation, deployment planning, internal and external training). • Project Monitoring – (Project reporting, issue management and resolution, project process improvements, mid-study changes, project finances, data analysis and inventory management).• Project Close Out – (Data reconciliation and resolution, inventory reconciliation, study documentation management).Responsibilities include:• Working and collaborating with diverse project teams (Study Design Analysts, Software Engineers, Database Engineers etc) in the development and delivery of products.• Stakeholder Management, delivering excellent customer service.• Training Physicians on the use of our products in their clinical trials.• Pro-actively managing lifecycle of issues from identification to resolution.• Recording and tracking key project metrics.• Meeting regularly with clients via phone and/or web to provide weekly monitoring updates, track ongoing issues and communicate project status.
