Happiest when I'm analysing data, writing research reports and talking about insights.💡After graduating Lancaster University with a PhD in Developmental Psychology, I joined the editorial team at Infancy - the official journal of the International Congress of Infant Studies - and indulged my curiosity to understand more about human behaviour. As a post-doctoral mixed-methods researcher, I've worked on some fascinating projects, including as part of the Centre for Child and Family Justice Research developing guidelines to inform multi-agency practice when the state takes safeguarding action at birth. I took a bold step beyond academia in 2021 and joined the Impact and Insights team at Mindtools. Today I specialise in skills measurement and evaluation, and lead primary research projects to uncover strategies for organisations that care about management and leadership development. I also run the Learning Innovation Group - a community of practice for business leaders who prioritise organisational learning. Continually developing but increasingly aware of what I'm good at: synthesising evidence and data storytelling. I'm also a bit geeky in R, but don't hold that against me.🤖
