- Managing a media buying team of several people- Strategic business planning and operational management of the e-mail marketing department (ad campaigns, budget management, analyzes, reporting, settlements, responsibility for realization of the whole team's plans)- Business development (research and verification of new business partners and traffic sources, negotiations, media buying, set up)- Running online advertising campaigns in cpc, cpl, cps, cpm, Flat Fee models and optimization for sales on the Polish market and in 20 European countries and Brazil (e-mailing, native advertising, display, contextual advertising, affiliation, programmatic, RTB- Verification, exploration and use of knowledge about products from the company's portfolio - category: dietary supplements, health & beauty, cosmetics, treatment support devices, financial products- Co-creation of product’s marketing communication.- Creating unique advertising texts- Cooperation with other departments: Creative, Legal, Call Center, IT, Product development, logistics- Conducting internal and expert stuff trainings
