Order supplies, make copies and scans, efficiently enter data andorganize files. Serve as office receptionist, record and distribute meeting minutes, schedule meetings and conference rooms and set upequipment for meetings· Supervise student employees· Plan events. Create programs and agendas, book venues, coordinate catering, prepare presentation materials, and manage eventrecords· Log requests from the public submitted to the ‘Front Door’ using the Salesforce CRM database, research and compile informationand compose correspondence· Collaborate with the assistant director and senior data analyst and marketing and outreach director· Support the Economic Development Fellows Program by maintaining project records and project requests from companies· Maintain and regularly update the UED progress dashboard and provide annual summary to leadership· Provide PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial System (EFS) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) support and serve asfinance and human resource point of contact for UED· Developed industry sector contact database for use in broad industry outreach· Created and established office procedures for reconciling and verifying general ledger accounts and financial information· Designed and implemented Salesforce CRM interface for the office Show less
