- Monthly analysis of the financial results of the Company;- Preparation of the short- and long-term forecasts on sales level and general financial results; - Preparation of reports and analytics to support management decisions (on new contract's approval, substantiation of the price for the Clients, etc.); - Agreement of the contract terms with the Clients, internal Legal department, Company's Management;- Bad debt management;- Cooperation with IT dept. in the development and improvement of various analytical reports.

- Preparation and submission of US GAAP PL and BS (on a monthly basis);- Preparation of monthly Cash Flow forecast; - Organization and coordination of the budget process in the Company (including quarterly revisions): development of the internal schedule for different budget stages; control over the timeliness, reasonableness and accuracy of information provided by the budget holders; consolidation of information; presentation of different types of analytics for General Manager review and approval;- Estimation of the impact of new sales and marketing initiatives on the financial results of the Company (including estimation of the effect of general price increase and also analysis of price establishment for various special offers);- Monthly analysis of the financial results of the Company, investigation of the nature of deviations from budget via close cooperation with budget holders;- Preparation of presentations and various types of analytical reports for Management of the Company and for the U.S. Head office.

- Conduct of the audit, all-around project management and coordination of teams from different departments (up to 10 people); - Preparation of the budgets for various types of audit assignments. Management of the expenses and time spent by the team for the engagements in-charged;- Analytical evaluation of the Financial statements and various types of reports produced by the entity (detailed analysis of business entity transactions, specific contract terms, estimation of the validity of the management estimates); - Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the principles of US GAAP and IFRS;- Evaluation and test of controls established by the Client.
