Over the last 30 years I have trained and advised 1000’s of educators and leaders, advised the DFE on their mental health green paper. For over 6 years I have been the lead subject specialist for The National College and a strategic lead for Birmingham Education Partnership for over 8 years. As of January 2024, I was contracted to be the Director of wellbeing and family services for Leigh Trust, where we are embarking on an ambitious and exciting journey focused on meeting the needs of our most vulnerable families.
