• Contributed to the “Digital Innovation for Healthier Future Food (Digitalisert innovasjon for sunnere fremtidsmat)” project, a collaboration between OsloMet and Fremtidsmat, a food cluster under NOFIMA (The Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research).• Expanded and refined the Fremtidsmat web calculator, a tool designed to assist food industry companies and Fremtidsmat members, especially those lacking employees with nutrition expertise, in ensuring that products adhere to both Norwegian and European food safety authorities’ guidelines and regulations, specifically the Nøkkelhullet (The Keyhole Label).• Enhanced the tool’s functionality by fully implementing the Nøkkelhullet food categorization, covering all 11 major food groups.Used React for front-end development, implementing interactive UI components and enhancing user engagement, while deploying updates through Vercel for live user feedback and efficient project management.• Collaborated closely with OsloMet academic professionals and food industry experts, integrating user feedback into development iterations, contributing to a user-friendly interface that aligns with Universal Design principles.• Conducted detailed code analysis and documentation, helping future development efforts and ensuring the tool’s compliance with evolving regulations and standards.Engaged in iterative design and feedback processes, applying knowledge from my Master’s specialization to advance the project’s accessibility and functionality.
