Scope of the responsibilities:- financial management of the Group (international trading of agricultural products, transshipment, storage, other related services)- financial statement and reporting for the Group and individual companies (IFRS, Ukrainian, Swiss, UK, EU countries GAAP);- financial structure and politics development for the Group consisting of Ukrainian and non-residential entities (UK, EU, UAE, Swiss, etc.);- budgeting and management reporting, BI;- tax planning and risk management, etc.

I was responsible for cash flow and financial resources management, budgeting and reporting, investment projects development, politics and procedures implementation, etc.

• Team Leader for assignments for provision of confidence (audit, review, special assignments under the International Standards on Auditing); • Transformation of accounting and reporting in the IFRS (IAS); • Development of methodologies (regulations accounting policies, budgeting, management accounting and reporting); • Development of investment projects, Assessment of business, Due Diligence, Investment and Financial analysis; • Conducting assessments and expert studies;• Tax advisory; • Conducting seminars and trainings (IFRS, taxation, security); • Representation of clients on regulatory authorities, courts, participation in negotiations, review of transactions; • Participation in the process of ERP systems implementations as part of the customer, and as part of the developers, etc.

Was responsible for finance management and accounting for multi-branch structure (35 branches in Ukraine and abroad, plant for the production of window profiles, five remote production units)• Cash flow management and financial resources; • Management accounting and reporting;• IFRS reporting for foreign suppliers of capital; • Planning and Budgeting;• Maintaining Fiscal Accounting (Accounting and Taxation);• Project Manager implementing Oracle BS.
