CurrentAssists in developing, implementing, and modeling behavior for Individualized Behavior Plans Implements behavioral plans formed by the client's team to address behavioral disorders or other special conditions with the intention of meeting the client's needs and providing a consistent environment for achieving goals Records data on behavioral targets to measure the progress of the client in previously identified areasPrepares and adapts instructional materials that shape and encourage the client's learning and performance Provide recognition of accomplishments of positive behaviors to affirm and promote the desired behavior Uses assessment tools such as frequency charting, duration charting, time sampling, and interval observations Reports observations as well as any unsafe activities to the appropriate personnel Complies with safety policies and as well as client confidentiality proceduresAssists in training new Behavioral Interventionists
