In the demand management and project management areas I’m supporting the business users for requirements coming from external authorities or BT group and sometimes act as consultant for preliminary impact analysis. Main task managed are- collect requirements, provide deliverables for demand management (Statement of Requirement review, Rapid Impact Analysis, Business Case, Solution and Architectural Design, Project Schedule, risk matrix);- master plan IT Programs coordination to ensure the right priority between different IT projectsMy role requires building and keep relationship at different level with local departments, international teams, local and foreign vendors; clear understanding of users’ needs and mediation between different users’ requirements and business needs.

As Project Manager in the New Product Introduction and Demand Management Area with the scope to develop new Telco/ ICT services I had in charge: requirements collection, managing of the phases of feasibility study, solution definition and realization
