I was responsible for weekly dietary and exercise counseling for patients in a busy physician supervised weight loss program. We instructed patients on the lifestyle changes indicated for weight loss and weight maintenance. We monitored vitals and conducted body fat analyses on a weekly basis. I administered ECG’s, venipuncture, and intramuscular injections. Our clinic was also responsible for collecting data for new dietary plans for the franchise and was the test model for transitioning to an insurance based practice.

I was responsible for monitoring vitals, performing venipuncture, and ensuring that outside medical documentation was received and updated annually. I assisted in multiple outpatient procedures such as Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement pellet insertions and Platelet Rich Plasma injection therapy for sexual vitality. I acted as the liaison between patient and provider interaction. I was also responsible for ordering supplies and sterilizing equipment.
