As the Executive Director, I work with diverse professional staff and library stakeholders to collaboratively create the vision for the Mayo Clinic Libraries and Historical Units which will continue supporting Mayo's excellence in clinical practice, education, and research throughout the 21st Century. Expertise in introducing innovative and effective technology in library services and a record of empowering staff members through a commitment to quality customer service, open communication and consultative leadership. Mayo Clinic has 16 libraries located in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin. I also provide guidance and oversight for Mayo Clinic's Archives, Center for the History of Medicine, and Heritage Days.

Jackson, Tn

Served as the primary planner and administrator for The Logos (the library) on the Jackson, Tennessee campus. Also managed library services at the Germantown campus, and Hendersonville campus. Responsible for developing and implementing a vision for facilities, operations and staffing through effective strategic planning and implementation of academic initiatives.

Joplin, Mo

Responsible for all cataloging and technical processing for print, non-print and electronic materials. Provided training to employees working with monographs, audiovisuals, government documents, reference tools, archival materials and electronic resources. Responsible for collection development in the health sciences.

Springfield, Mo

Responsible for managing the Medical Library and the Van K. Smith Community Health Library, including all administrative/supervisory duties as well as public and technical services. Provided comprehensive library services for clients, including all health system physicians and personnel. Library customers included 600+ physicians, 7,000+ employees, faculty and students. Offered outreach services to health professionals in a 32 county area covering both Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. (Mercy was formerly called St. John's Health System, Springfield, MO.)
