I'm the right hand to the amazing Financial Advisors here at Hays Breard Financial Group. I handled high volumes of emails and communications for Marketing Deliverables related to our engineering projects and products for the sound engineering and live sound/recording industry. I assisted with project management for the Marketing Team to keep the deadlines and projects on track. I was responsible for keeping spend under control within our department with a focus on saving money across the board. I handled travel and event coordination for trade shows domestically as well as internationally, including badge registration, hotel block management, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination for booth supplies and swag. I handled ordering and maintaining supplies for our literature supply, swag supply, and advertising supply. I coordinated events such as meetings, business lunches, company gatherings and parties, including ordering catering, maintaining guest lists, locating event destinations, and much more. I maintained our travel program and travel portals and am very comfortable handling travel needs such as flights, hotels, and car rentals domestically and internationally with years of experience. There is much more to this role than meets the eye, and I was always very busy. I've worn many hats during my time at PreSonus Audio, and this job was the most challenging but was also the most fulfilling. I've learned a lot about the industry and about how Marketing Teams should run.
