Ania and I also share a robust background in the Finance Department, where we spent over 6 months collaborating in the Finance Triage. In this role, we managed customer refunds in the 1st stage, which was the most critical phase. Our responsibilities included managing customers' credit balances and refund requests, as well as assessing credit and debt risk. Ania's expertise and leadership qualities were recognised by Team Leaders when she was selected to become an expert in the brand-new 'Faster Switching' process. She attended coaching sessions with the entire Kraków office, sharing her skills and practices and significantly contributing to the improvement of team process knowledge.
