In this role, I provide support to the North America People Business Partners and other HR Leaders with data analysis. I help create and maintain Talent Dashboards for compensation, Talent Review and Performance analysis. I complete regularly recurring reports for requisitions, headcount analysis, and staffing events with Excel. Utilizing pivot tables, charts and slicers, I am able to provide additional analysis and identify trends in order to help shape business decisions. I work closely with the team to provide additional ad-hoc support related to several HR topics.

In this role, I assisted Ohio teachers with obtaining proper credentials based on their education and area of instruction. I provided consultations to our Talent Acquisition team, evaluating candidates' qualifications and ensuring schools could get the best talent.I also completed state and authorizer reporting for five of our states. Within a year, I completed between 400-500 compliance-related tasks. Following different state protocols, I worked to complete data requests and reporting. I submitted 100% of my reporting tasks on time. Additionally, I had the opportunity to complete other data requests for our CPO, contributing data that helped build new opportunities for potential teachers.

In this role, I verified the credentials for teachers at over 90 schools using several different databases, including OnBase. I worked on a long-term project to identify the education background of Michigan teachers, looking up credentials in Michigan's educator database and Lawson. The goal of this project was to determine which teachers had gained certification through an alternative certification process. This summer, I renewed several North Carolina licenses and Michigan substitute permits using state-specific databases. I also worked on transparency reporting for Michigan schools, pulling reports and verifying information in Excel.

In this role, I worked one-on-one with peers to improve their resumes and other professional documents. I also assisted with career exploration, ensuring they found a path that was right for them. In addition to meetings, I reviewed resumes and cover letters electronically. I worked on a long-term project regarding employer engagement and implemented new ways to engage students and employers. I worked independently most of the time but collaborated with my supervisor and fellow interns.

In this role, I communicated with over 100 customers every shift. Through these interactions, I made sure their orders were properly conveyed to the bar. There were several rushes, and I had to collaborate with my team members to make multiple drinks at once, and ensure they were being made efficiently. In one aspect of the job, I worked independently to prioritize cleaning, restocking and other tasks to ensure a premiere customer experience.
