• Processing the Invoices for the Engineering department including raising Purchase Orders, matching the Invoices to the Purchase Orders and sorting out the discrepancies• Maintaining Purchase Orders register, monitoring monthly expenditure, comparing against budget figures based on GL codes, monthly P&L reviews• Assisting Chief Engineer in preparing monthly reports including utilities consumption and end of month owners reports• Assisting Chief Engineer in maintaining job requests and monitoring work hours in RQ/M1• Liaising with contractors and handling telephone inquiries• Minute taking• Costing of repairs and obtaining quotes• Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment supplies
