During my part-time employment the main accomplishments were:- A comprehensive audit of two existing web-based applications; conducted through online surveys (delivered through Wofoo.com), and in-depth interviews (conducted in-person and by phone). Recommendations included options for growth and scaling. For example a price increase to please multiple parties was implemented.- Developed and started implementation of an SM strategy, with initial focus on Facebook and Pinterest(these points contributed to 146% increase in sales for the same period the previous year for one of the web-based applications)- Initiated, developed and implemented three separate auto-responder email series for three separate customer segments (delivered by Mailmachine.co.nz)- Contributed to a branding article destined for 3rd party online magazine

Responsible for providing analysis and marketing strategy, specifically, with regard to the initial development of materials and interaction with merchants. Due to Pushpay being a ‘start up’ this role also included: project management, copy writing, networking, social media launch, procurement (employee recruitment, equipment and supplies), and the implementation of a CRM.
