Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, supporting and motivating more than 20 staff, who were also current students of the University. Responsible for overseeing all Human Resource functions of the program as well as the majority of the administrative tasks for the four Deakin campuses. Worked within a team to develop program and process improvements which resulted in increased efficiency and cost reductions. Worked closely with academics to ensure they were confident with and committed to the program and received outstanding feedback from stakeholders.
