I am a passionate Programme Lead with a range of experience in many sectors, across a range of platforms and customers, in the last 5 years I have focussed on ServiceNow and have a passion for the product due to its ability to deliver value quickly into an organisation. I am an advocate of ensuring the ServiceNow product is implemented using out of the box (OOTB), and proven to be able to do this in a large scale corporate organisation such as Shell, Lloyds and Unilever. My other passion is "how I go about it". The successes I have had are not just about what is delivered but how it is done. My second passion is to work with openness, honesty, team working to get the best out of people focussing on success. Even if in a situation of recovery, ensuring the professionalism, focus and getting the best out of people is maintained throughout to continue to ensure success even in the toughest situations. Lastly, it is about having fun along the way!.
