CurrentResponsible for:- Payroll- Safety- OSHA/OSHE Requirements (Forms 300, 300A, & 301)- WC reporting and audits - Creating, drafting, implementing Policies and Procedures in collaboration with owner and other management team members while maintaining the company's mission, vision, and values in order to provide an unparalleled culture.- Drafting and implementing SOPs- Employee Relations- Investigations - Responsible for Compliance with regard to EEOC, ADA, LEAVE LAWS, TIME OFF, ETC.- Responsible for Performance Improvement Planning and Succession Planning.- Responsible for documenting corrective actions if/when needed and working with management to ensure they have the right support when documenting performance related concerns.- Coaching & Development- Benefit Administration, open enrollment, census, negotiating rates with brokers to ensure the best options are being porivided to our employees.- Team Building - Onboarding/Offboarding- Recruiting (created: job descriptions, requisition form, maintained a candidate pipeline or talent pool, posting job ad sourcing resumes, initial phone screen, in person interview, reference checking, running background, drafting offer letters, relocation agreements, and non-compete agreements, etc. - Maintaining Compliance with Employment Laws; Federal and State (AZ, TX, NV, CA) - Reduced Absenteeism (cultural change/ shift)- Staying current and always looking forward to ensure all matters affecting HR functions are being properly handled; ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with state and Federal requirements. - Conducting pre-employment background checks, pre-employment drug screens, processing all new hire paperwork, everify, etc.- Website updates (via WordPress)
