I am currently working as an independent chef in The Willful Wines winery. I am in control of all ticket orders, making sure everything is in stock, and sanitation.

While traveling internationally, I worked as a private chef in Scotland, Denmark, and Hawaii. I cooked meals to my client's dietary restrictions and preferences as well as prepared and presented complex meals to the highest standards of excellence, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. In Hawaii, I worked in organic farming for 3 months and cooked meals for our hosts with the fruit and vegetables we farmed. In Denmark, I cooked vegetarian meals for a family who needed inspiration and wanted to learn new dishes. Lastly, in Scotland, I helped a couple who were struggling with their restaurant. I gave them a new perspective on how to run their restaurant and gave them tips and tricks on efficiency, presentation skills, and also communication within a kitchen.

I inspired guests by informing them on the history, the farming techniques, and the unique characteristics of each wine, as well as developed and implemented wine promotion strategies to increase sales of specific wines and boost customer loyalty. I also ensured compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.

I worked as a chocolatier at Kollar Chocolates in Yountville, CA, which is a small tourist town within Napa Valley. I worked in an open kitchen where many guests and VIP clientele watched me hand-craft artisan chocolates with many modern and timeless techniques. In this open kitchen, I was responsible for carrying out every step in the chocolate-making process. In addition to this, I helped with the sous chef in training new employees and supervising production, especially when the sous chef wasn't present. Along with teaching, training, and crafting chocolates; I handled communications and shipments with other businesses to ensure we had all of the ingredients in the shop to function properly.
