-Ingenuity onboarding programme - being across all projects in the programme including status updates, risk tracking, reporting to business, coordination of the Project Management team, capacity planning, commercial awareness and pricing deals. -Sales process - pre-sales scoping with solutions team, review of all onboarding documentation, gap analysis of current sites verses THG’s offering. -Ingenuity handover process- responsible for the new projects progressing through handover and week 0 in a timely manner; tracking, monitoring and reporting. -Offboarding programme - reporting/day to day management/sole owner/project management.-New process development and optimisation- including Subscriptions Set-up, Brand Refresh Projects process, site build resourcing for site and app builds and development of a risk management/RAID tool. -Scheduling and prioritisation of internal resource across central teams, including booking, dependencies gathering, chasing and confirming sprint details. -Set up of project tools for each of the projects- Zoho CRM, Project Plans, Reporting Analytics, Jira. -Automation of reporting based on stakeholder needs.
