I am a 225 hour certified yoga instructor and Level 1 Reiki Healer. I teach yoga at many levels, including kids yoga and yoga for student athletes. Athletes trained play baseball, soccer, competitive dancers, and lacrosse. In addition to teaching yoga, I am a teachers aid in a self contained special needs class working with children on the spectrum, as well as behavioral students. Teaching children to meditate and use kind words and actions in place of anger and hostility can make the world a better place. Practice the pause and just breathe. I am currently studying for myNutrition certification.Before becoming a mom, I was a casting director for many years casting background and day players for feature film and television. One of the shows I did the casting for was The Sopranos for 5 seasons. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Adelphi University with my BFA degree. Studied abroad with the British American Drama Academy was one highlight of my acting career days. I retired from my career when my oldest child was a year and a half to focus on raising my family.
