-Management and development of sales pipelines, KPI identification, business strategy and CRM software-Cashflow projection spreadsheets, the business plan, managing Board Meetings and decks, day to day business admin (from the accounting software to diary management)-Marketing initiatives/events including private dinners for future clients-Running the major Special Projects

-I project managed and undertook various troubleshooting roles for the chairman of Wessex Internet, a start-up, ultra-fast, rural fibre broadband business. -I communicated and managed varying stakeholders within and outside the business. -I learnt a multitude of systems as well as the structure of the business quickly to complete tasks to the best of my ability. I did this by building relationships with varying employees in the fast-growing business.

I taught classes of 30 pupils (age 11 - 18) with at least 60% of them eligible for free school meals. As well as building strong relationships with my pupils, I noticed issues within the curriculum and drove/managed a change in lesson plans single handed. Observers of my classes outlined my intellect, effective analysis of people, clear and transparent explanations and communication skills, rigid time management as well as my continual enthusiasm. I became a Science Lead for KS3 meaning I managed all science teachers of year 8 and was in charge of planning the majority of lessons having restructured the schemes of work.
