Answered calls from clients. Made, Ticketed, changed, cancelled (air, car, hotel, limo, and train) reservations at clients request. Spent November and December of 2006 in Allentown, PA helping with the transition of a new account in that office. Worked directly with the client on their hotel desk, which lead to making contacts with the hotels directly to get lower room rates. Issued Australian Electronic Visa's as required. Took credit card applications over the phone for American Express. Also took phone orders for Gift Cards and Travel Funds Cards from American Express. Activated and serviced the Gift Cards and Travel Funds cards and answered questions from the consumers and merchants.
