I worked closely with the guys to give them the 1:1 they need to openly talk about their injury and find a suitable sport for them. I looked after the Battle Back calendar in the office and make sure that this was relayed to the Band of Brothers team, allowing H4H to get as many sign ups as possible. I was also part of the team delivering the Front line to Start Line programme. I was Assistant PM for the Invictus Games 2016. We delivered a team of 110 to the games at ESPN, Orlando. AchievementsProject Manager for the London Invictus Games 2014: I was responsible for running the applications for the UK team, and ensuring that all applications were complete. I managed the training dates and circulated these to the guys and signed them up to the camps. Once the final UK team was selected I was responsible for collating details of kit sizes etc and ensuring that each member received their kit in good time. During the games I was also POC for any welfare issues that team members might have. Show less

Funds are spread out over the year ensuring there is a break between each staff event and suitable locations are chosen so that it is accessible for all to attend whilst accommodating for each individuals needs. Projects to date have included: a rebrand and opening of one of our estates, three Christmas parties, a large summer event and several team building days. All of which have had very positive feedback from all involved. Events are always complete at least one week prior to deadline to manage any unforeseen circumstances. Managed responsibilities and duties from previous role ensuring to prioritise work so that all core tasks are complete. Achievements Coordinated the ‘Quarterly Contractor Awards’. This involved selecting 10 nominees from the previous 6 months and putting them forward. Responsible for the organisation of the invites, presentation, awards, certificates and catering. The whole event was a great success and have been given the responsibility to coordinate three more to date. Organised a complete re-branding and renovation of a community centre. Worked alongside the branding team to coordinate the works, invites, logos, catering, photography and media, whilst ensuring this was all kept within a tight budget. A very challenging project which was both satisfying and enjoyable to see through from start to finish. Show less
