I was working as administration coordinator and my duties were including but no limited to Manager Assistance, HR duties, data entry, communication with different government bodies, general administration and so on.

I was working in NGO based in Dublin city centre. My duties were including the following:providing information to clients about naturalisation process in Ireland, completing different application forms, providing to clients with updates about their application status, to liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts,photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues, manipulating statistical data, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, writing letters and emails, dealing with telephone queries and other.
