Check-in and check-out procedures (within the knowledge of Opera system), guest’s assistance, front office skills knowledge. Everytime I’m willing to do better, trying to deliver a 5***** service to our guests. During the night shift we proceed with the business date closure on the system, calculating all the financial operation done throughout the day ( Night Audit).

Meet and greet the guests, by delivering a great service, making them feel welcome as well as at their home. Provide informations about the restaurant dining area and the buffet. Giving useful informations to the guests, suggestions, opportunities for visits or excursions; taking care of the customers, meeting their expectations and needs. Following up and handling eventual complaints, making sure the guest leaves the hotel happy and satisfied, with the desire to come back.
