I am the REWS BP for one product area of the Google business. I partner with leadership to create short term and long term global strategy to provide spaces and services that enable the business to thrive. This includes strategic space planning, portfolio planning, change management, communications, and client relationship management.

Initiated and managed the GoogleArts program which provided onsite opportunities for Googlers in visual and performing arts. Strategically positioned program for growth to maximize supporting Googlers' creativity, wellness, and employee retention. The program includes private and group lessons, art galleries, events and performances. A key component of the program's success was building platforms and spaces for the Googlers to self organize. I ran the RFP for vendor partners, selected, and onboarded four vendor partners to build the program. GoogleArts now has more than 100 teachers providing services onsite and is expanding to new global locations.

Founder of Google dance program, onsite health and wellness offering for Google employees. Initiated and built thriving program of paid and volunteer teachers across a wide range of fitness styles. Expanded employee engagement, culminating in 1 in 10 Googlers utilizing the program.

2003-2004 Group Class Manager. Starlite Dance Club, Sunnyvale, CA. Devised strategies to increase sales in the group class program. Trained staff for group class. Created system of teacher review and feedback. Kept files of teacher’s reviews and created a reward system for excellent teachers. Achievements: Enrollment increased 22% 2002-2004 Staff Ballroom Dance Instructor. Starlite Dance Club, Sunnyvale, CA. Taught ballroom dance to students from children to adults, with all levels of ability and background. Taught group classes, private lessons and staff training sessions. Worked with teams of other teachers involving up to 16 staff members. Awards: Top Female Starlite Teacher, 2003, 2004, and 2005.

Organized and ran donor events. Researched potential grants opportunities. Wrote and packaged grant applications. Wrote fundraising letters. Developed and distributed correspondence to donors, volunteers, and other groups. Revamped and updated the website. Coordinated meetings for staff, volunteers, and board of directors. Processed credit card, check, and cash orders, as well as expense accounts. Handled public inquiries. Created a filing system, purged and maintained the paper files as well as the Filemaker Database.
