Maximising the value that the team delivers to those clients by ensuring we are doing the most important work, in the most impactful and efficient way - from defining the problem through to delivering the solution. Working as part of the delivery team - putting together reverse briefs, scoping projects, interrogating and interpreting data, visualising it in a meaningful and engaging way and communicating those insights as clearly and simply and possible.

Communicating insights in a way that makes complex information accessible, understandable and engaging for a wide range of audiences - including both technical and non-technical stakeholders - so that they are able to make smart and impactful decisions. Designing and implementing a strategy to support a small business through a phase of rapid growth - putting the systems, processes and tools in place to deliver a large, high-quality program of construction and strategy projects. Key responsibilities – - Overhauling internal and external systems and processes across the business to optimise for efficiency and scalability – including HR, project and programme management, sustainability, staff induction and development, time management, invoicing and forecasting- Designing, creating and maintaining the company website - Data-related project and strategy work with clients – e.g. Large-scale data migration project for Porirua City Council

Working with a range of clients - including large membership organisations, government, charities and private sector organisations – to explore what’s possible, and define what’s necessary, to deliver projects and drive positive change. Key responsibilities – - Analysis of large datasets- Survey design and analysis- Creating models for forecasting and scenario testing- Data migration consultancy- Stakeholder and client relationship management- Workshop facilitation- Defining ‘future state’ and the roadmap for executionKey clients - Meridian, The Institute of Directors, Green Party, Powershop, Life Flight, New Zealand Medical Association and Wellington and Porirua City Councils.

Analytical and strategic consultancy - delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, A/B and multivariate testing, forecasting, bespoke self-service BI solutions and analysis of historical trends, market position, commercial risks and opportunities - helping define strategic direction for Design, Product, Sales and Marketing.Key clients - IBM, Quinovic, Eleven.
